"Leading Indicators - What Are They and How Do They Impact Safety Performance"

Join MICCS for our annual Town Hall Meeting on November 13th at the Ivy Tech Conference Center. This year's discussion will be on leading indicators. What are they? How do you measure them? How do they impact safety performance?

The Town Hall will begin with a panel of industry experts who will share what they consider to be leading indicators and how they are using them to improve safety in their operations.

•How and why do you measure a leading indicator?
•What is the relationship between indicators and safety performance?
